If your order has already shipped, you can track it with the tracking number here. You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email/WhatsApp. If your order is still being processed, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation once it has dispatched. We do not offer tracking for free items.

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your WhatsApp or you will receive call from our customer care after you place an order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us just in case there’s a problem with your order.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you haven't received a shipping notification, you can request changes such as the size, color, and quantity. Just contact us and include your order number.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make changes.

To cancel your order, simply email us at shahzainmartofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Please note, as long as your order has not shipped, or you have not received a shipping notification, your order can be canceled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders typically dispatch within 1 business day and arrive within 2 to 3 days.

Usually, your order will ship within 1 business day, rest assured it will still arrive on time, as promised.

Currently, we ship to all over Middle East including UAE, KSA, QATAR, KUWAIT, OMAN & BAHRAIN.

RETURNS

We're sorry to hear you wish to return your order. Here's how you do it:

To exchange an item, please ensure its within 7 days of your purchase and that the product is in flawless condition. Reach out to our support team at shahzainmartofficial@gmail.com with the specifics of your request.

Please note that customers are responsible for postage fees for exchanges. However, if you've received an incorrect product, let us know and provide a photo. In this case, we'll cover the postage.
